Meet Dr. Crystal Martin
Crystal’s passion for dentistry is rooted in her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of her patients. She strives to create a comfortable and trusting atmosphere where patients feel heard, respected, and valued. A friend to all, Crystal wants all patients to call her by her first name.
Graduating from the University of Missouri Kansas City, Dr. Martin has been practicing in Saint Louis since 1994, and is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. She set her sights on dentistry with the intent of providing excellence in service, and that is exactly what she does. With her warm heart and genuine spirit, Crystal makes you feel at ease as she treats you with compassion and kindness.
Always ready with a laugh and a smile, Crystal is the leader of our team, but would never refer to herself as the “boss.” In her free time, Crystal enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her husband, her children, and her grandbaby. She is also a gifted chef, avid reader, and very involved in her church family, having served several mission trips outside of the US.
Meet Dr. Victoria Qiu
Dr. Victoria Qiu grew up in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee. Driven by her passion for dentistry, she pursued a Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Following graduation, Dr. Qiu expanded her skillset by completing a General Practice Residency at Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
Dr. Qiu finds joy in restoring confidence through healthy smiles and takes care to make every patient’s experience both comfortable and personal. She is passionate about continuing education and enjoys learning new ways to deliver exceptional care. She remains an active member of both local and national dental associations and volunteers with Give Kids a Smile and Mission of Mercy.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys making music, exploring local restaurants and coffeeshops, playing pickleball, and serving at her local church.

Spritzee the Comfort Dog
As our office mascot and graduate of a specialized program, Spritzee is an important part of our team! Patients love interacting with Spritzee, whose gentle greetings and very presence puts them at ease. She loves our patients and offers quiet support to anyone who needs it. Kids and adults alike have benefitted from her supportive paw and non-shedding snuggles at the ready. Spritzee loves it here and wouldn’t have her days spent any other way!
Kirbi
Patient Care Coordinator
Kirbi has proudly served as the Patient Care Coordinator for the past five years. She absolutely loves what she does—being the friendly face at the front desk, welcoming our patients, and helping them feel comfortable and cared for. There’s nothing more rewarding than being part of a team that makes people smile every day!
Kirbi has been happily married for over three decades and is the proud mom of four amazing children. Outside the office, you’ll usually find her spending time with family and friends, swimming, bowling, or enjoying a game of pickleball. She can’t wait to see your smile in our office soon!
Jean
Patient Care Coordinator
Jean joined our practice in May 2024 and is new to the dental field. What began as a chance introduction to Dr. Martin quickly became one of the best decisions she’s made. As our Patient Care Coordinator, Jean brings warmth and positivity to every interaction, and she truly enjoys learning something new each day.
Her favorite part of the job is getting to know our patients and helping make their experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Nothing makes her happier than seeing someone leave with a smile.
Outside the office, Jean loves spending time with her three amazing children—one local and two who live out of state. She especially enjoys slumber parties and cooking with her daughters, cheering them on at games, and traveling for their many activities, including a recent football trip to Peoria.
Karen
Scheduling Coordinator
As a dental and administrative assistant, Karen has been with our team for over a decade. She is an office ‘floater’ and is always willing to help. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She has a knack for cooking, and is an avid reader and lover of the outdoors. Karen has never met a stranger, and she will make you feel at home with her sincere personality.
Carrie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Carrie is a registered dental hygienist and has been part of our team for several years. She knows first hand what a privilege it is to treat generations of patients, having spent over 20 years in a previous office. Outside the office, Carrie spends time with her husband and one of her two sons that’s local (the other is out of state). She is hands-on even on her days off, as we could name her the crafting queen, and soon to be the next best baker. If you have the honor of getting one of her hand made cards, it’s something you will treasure. She is always looking to help others, including annual mission trips.
Angela
Registered Dental Hygienist
Angela is an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist with almost two decades of dedication to helping patients achieve healthier, brighter smiles. Known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and caring nature, Angela creates a calm and welcoming environment where patients feel truly supported. She takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships that put people at ease during their dental visits, and enjoys helping them feel confident in their oral health.
Outside the office, Angela loves spending quality time with her husband and their three daughters. They enjoy going on adventures together and baking delicious treats in the kitchen—creating memories and laughter along the way.
Alyssa
Registered Dental Hygienist
Alyssa has been keeping smiles clean and healthy for over a decade and has been with the practice since 2022. She is also a mom of 2 awesome kids, dog lover (x2) and loves the outdoors. Whether you’re in for a routine cleaning or just need a little help feeling comfortable in the chair, she is all about making your visit relaxed, informative, and maybe even a little fun. She believes in treating patients like family and making sure you leave with a brighter smile.
When she’s not in scrubs, you will find her chasing her kids around a park, soaking up the sunshine whenever she can, or enjoying the outdoors.
Cindy
Dental Assistant
As part of our team for over two decades, Cindy is a dental assistant with amazing skills. She is great with time management and always willing to lend a hand. She has a warm heart and especially loves doting on the children who come in—you can count on them leaving with more than one prize from the box. In her free time, especially during the summer months, Cindy loves to entertain poolside, where she is in her happy place, sitting in the sun and relaxing. Cindy contributes to our practice more than words can say. She has also given her time on mission trips with Dr. Martin.
Paige
Dental Assistant
Paige is a dedicated and friendly dental assistant who loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. She is passionate about making every appointment a positive experience and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment.
Outside the office you will likely find her relaxing with her husband, catching up with family, or spoiling their sweet dog, Mac—who is as lovable as they come and always up for a cuddle!
Candace
Dental Assistant
Candace loves dentistry because she believes everyone deserves access to quality dental care—something she didn’t always have growing up. That personal experience drives her to make sure every patient feels comfortable, understood, and confident in their smile. Helping people feel at ease in the dental chair and making a positive impact on their health and self-esteem is what inspires Candace every day!
When she’s not caring for patients in the dental chair, you’ll likely find her outdoors—fishing, spending time with family, or capturing moments behind the camera!
Terri
Office Manager
Growing up as an Army brat, Terri spent her formative years moving all over the world, learning to adapt quickly, embrace new cultures, and connect with people from all walks of life. That spirit of connection led her into the hospitality industry early in her career.
Terri’s journey in dentistry began right here—with Dr. Crystal Martin. Years ago, she had the opportunity to join Dr. Martin’s practice, and little did she know it would spark a lifelong passion for the field. After gaining experience across various roles in dental management over the past three decades, she was thrilled to return to where it all started. Since 2020, she has proudly served as the Office Manager for Crystal Martin DDS.
Working with Dr. Martin and her incredible team feels like coming home to Terri—and she is excited to continue helping the practice thrive and reach new heights. The team has such a heart for the nation’s veterans and considers it an absolute privilege to serve those who have served.
